Kitchen Tools and Organization

  • Prep Sheets are updated to include Daily Blends. Pars for Daily Blends have been set, and accurately reflect the needs of the business.

  • Order Sheets are updated to include Daily Blend ingredients. Pars for ingredients have been set, and accurately reflect the needs of the business.

  • Black Scoops are in restaurant and are being properly used.

  • Blenders and pitchers are set-up in a logical location that facilitates guest experience and throughput. All buttons on blenders are programmed to Recipe 7 (100% Speed for 20 Seconds). The team has a plan in place for executing the cleaning of the pitchers in between beverages.

  • Barcode stickers have been ordered, received, printed and are in use. Micros is activated to scan the stickers. If there are any issues, a request has been placed with IT.

Blend Execution

  • Almond Butter and Berry<br>-Prepped entirely in the AM.<br>-Banana is cut in half, not broken.<br>-Greens are still on strawberries.<br>-Almond Butter and Chia Seed Pudding are layered in the middle.<br>Execution:<br>-Blended with 1 cup of ice.<br>-Finished product is smooth and creamy.<br>-Served in the same 16 oz. cup that it was prepped in for take away, with straw.<br>-Served in a mason jar for dining service, with straw.

  • Super Green<br>-Solids are prepped into cup in the PM. Marketing and Collateral

  • Proper G&G Tags are in place. Each blend is labeled with a G&G tag and the large, laminated "instructions" tag is also present.
