  • 4.2 - Is Stair Tower railings secure and fastened?

  • 4.3 Are diagonal supports secured and fastened to prevent sudden movement and sway?

  • 4.4 - Have diagonal supports been placed at the bottom of the Stair Tower to prevent sway?

  • 4.5 - Has bracing been placed on the beams of structure of building to prevent both pushing and pulling of the Stair Tower?

  • 4.6 - At least two nails have been placed on the scaffold jack base plate and mud sill to prevent movement?

  • 4.7 - Is the Stair Tower Loading Capacity listed?

  • 4.8 - Are steps at least 16 inches wide and line up vertically in each flight?
