Site Protection Set-up

  • Install floor proper floor protection in all areas of potential foot traffic. Ensure no tape is used on any finished surfaces unless notified otherwise.

  • Install proper stairway protection on any stairs to be used. Ensure no tape is used on any finished surfaces unless notified otherwise.

  • Install plastic walls in any openings surrounding work area. Ensure no tape is used on any finished surfaces unless notified otherwise.

  • Install protection on any furniture left in work site or areas where there will be foot traffic. Ensure no tape is used directly on furniture.

  • Install protection on any counter tops in work area.

  • Install corner protection on any cabinets/furniture/balusters/railings/walls (if necessary). Ensure proper tape is used on any finished surfaces.

  • Install HEPA filter in work area running vent hose to an exterior location if possible. Be sure to face exhaust away from workers and away from dust producing equipment.

  • Inform homeowner HEPA filter is to remain on 24/7.
