  • Remove all trash and debris from work area

  • Clean and remove all tools and equipment from work area

  • Identify and separate extra materials and hardware to remain on site or to be returned

  • Take down all wall/floor/furniture/counter/cabinet etc. protection and remove.

  • Vacuum/Dust inside all cabinets and drawers. Work from top to bottom.

  • Clean glass doors with appropriate cleaner

  • Wipe down all surfaces with appropriate cleaning product

  • Return furniture to its proper location.

  • Identify location for materials to be left on site with the homeowner. Ensure all paint is labeled/dated and is stored in a dry heated area. Leave up to 1 box of tile, 1 bag of grout, and 1 gallon of paint.

  • Clean any bathroom that was used during the project.

  • Police outside area where any work or foot traffic took place, around dumpster location, and vehicles.

  • Run yard magnet around all areas where work and foot traffic took place.

  • Take pictures of finished work.
