Scoring System

  • For each criteria in this Field Verification provide a score from 1 - 5 to indicate the Field Officer's level of proficiency. The scoring system is as follows:

  • 1. Not yet trained/does not understand the task/skill.

  • 2. Has basic understanding of the task, but doesn’t always recognise when task needs to be performed, or cannot to perform the task without assistance.

  • 3. Mostly understands the task but still requires further coaching to operate at the required level. Performs the task when required.

  • 4. Competent – understands the task and completes it every time.

  • 5. Has mastered the skill, could be considered an expert.

Field Verification

Pre-Start

  • Does the CMW know how to conduct a Reverse Switch Check on the S.A.V TOPE Screen

  • Understands role and areas of responsibility?

  • Understands where Field Officers & Supervisors are operating?

  • Understands who is managing the hot seating plan.

AH System

  • Has access to required Minestar pages?

  • Utilises Autonomous Status Page to monitor truck stoppages and ensures response is appropriate and timely.

  • Utilises Traffic Management to interact with AHT's as required

  • Utilises Site Monitor to monitor AHT behaviors from load to dump

  • Does the CMW know and understand the Truck Tile Colours represent? (GREY-shutdown, locked or in manual mode/ YELLOW-may require action or waiting for permissions./ RED-requires immediate attention AHT has stopped/ GREEN- no action required)

  • Does the CMW understand and knows what In Lane and Out of Lane Predicted path is?

  • Does the CMW know 4 things that will Class your S.A.V Out of Lane

  • Can the CMW list 4 MineStar Layes of Protection, e.g. (Perimeter Security, Site Procedures, Site-wide stop, Site Awareness, Perception & Predicted Path, On-board Stop and A-Stop

  • Does CMW know where to find information regarding an AHT heartbeat? (Site Awareness Tab)

  • Does CMW know how to use JHMWeb to diagnose and troubleshoot faults on the AHT.

  • Does the CMW know how to drop a lighting plant infrastructure Exclusion Zone down, using the SAV TOPE screen?

Operators

  • Provides feedback to operators and Field Officers on opportunities to improve or optimise interactions with AHTs?

  • Communicates with stakeholders tight work areas or constrained dumps? (Understands system limitations).

Pit

  • Upon entrance to mine, checks for truck stoppages and responds appropriately.

  • Communicate with AH control to gaining permission to lock AMA and confirming AHT is locked before approaching within 50m

  • Follows correct process to recover AHT from tip head

  • Follow the correct procedure for mode changing an AHT

  • Correctly calls in & sends AHT's from station points

  • Proactively manages escorting activities as required

  • Hitch and tow the infrastructure according to site procedure

  • Visually inspect start and end of dump. Inspect height of windrow, slumping or cracks or any other hazards.

  • Responds in a appropriate timeframe and efficiently clears obstacle detections communicating with AH control

  • Does the CMW know where to view the location of an Obstacle in the Autonomy Status Page?

  • Looks for opportunities to improve circuit flow.

  • Does the CMW follow the correct procedure for surveying in LV’s?

  • Does CMW prioritise truck stoppage and recovery over personal movements or other activity's
