Good Performance is

  • Having the right equipment operating in the right places at the right times.

  • Shift activities are performed to schedule (hot seating, refuelling, shift change, etc).

  • Coordinating with Field Officer/Control Builder to ensure AH aspects of operation are managed efficiently.

Scoring System

  • For each criteria in this Field Verification provide a score from 1 - 5 to indicate the Field Officer's level of proficiency. The scoring system is as follows:

  • 1. Not yet trained/does not understand the task/skill.

  • 2. Has basic understanding of the task, but doesn’t always recognise when task needs to be performed, or cannot to perform the task without assistance.

  • 3. Mostly understands the task but still requires further coaching to operate at the required level. Performs the task when required.

  • 4. Competent – understands the task and completes it every time.

  • 5. Has mastered the skill, could be considered an expert.

Pre-Start

  • Supervisors area of responsibility?

  • Have roles and areas of responsibility been clearly allocated to CMW's?

  • Is it clear which Pit Operators are working where/when?

  • Is it clear which Field Officers are working where/when?

AH System

  • Supervisor has access to and is aware of what correct pages to access and when? (Site Monitor, Autonomous Status Page, Traffic Management Page, Fleet Update page)

  • Monitors ASP truck tiles and ensures a truck stoppages are being responded to?

  • Monitors ASP truck tiles for AHT assignments, delays, & health events?

Operators

  • Provides feedback to Equipment Operators, Pit Operators and Field Officers?

  • Monitors delay management with operators?

  • Problem solves with stakeholders tight work areas or constrained dumps? (Understands system limitations.)

Pit

  • Reviews dump availability/capacity?

  • Reviews Queue and exit points for efficiency?

  • Reviews plan boundaries for accuracy?

  • Investigates areas with excessive obstacle detections?

Production

  • Reviews cycles times and responds?

  • Monitor shift targets? KPI dashboard.

  • Communicates and escalates issues with AH Control?

  • Monitors and responds to excessive delays in operator change outs? (Shift change / hotseat)

Safety

  • Inspect and verifies exclusion zones/ AMAs?

  • Reviews speed zones?

  • Reviews traction events & investigates problem areas?

  • Provides feedback to operators following prox 4 events?

  • Checks intersections for compliance including indicators on trucks?

  • Follows &/or monitors Prox 4, Out of Lane, & Object Detection event processes?

Summary
