Scoring System

  • For each criteria in this Field Verification provide a score from 1 - 5 to indicate the Field Officer's level of proficiency. The scoring system is as follows:

  • 1. Not yet trained/does not understand the task/skill.

  • 2. Has basic understanding of the task, but doesn’t always recognise when task needs to be performed, or cannot to perform the task without assistance.

  • 3. Mostly understands the task but still requires further coaching to operate at the required level. Performs the task when required.

  • 4. Competent – understands the task and completes it every time.

  • 5. Has mastered the skill, could be considered an expert.

Good Performance is:

  • Having the right equipment operating in the right places at the right times.

  • Shift activities are performed to schedule (hot seating, refuelling, shift change, etc).

  • No unplanned circuit disruptions.

  • Crew members aware of and performing to required performance standards and procedures.

  • Coordinating with Field Officer/Control Builder to ensure AH aspects of operation are managed efficiently.

Field Verification and Observation

Pre-Star

  • Does Supervisors know there area of responsibility?

  • Has correct page configuration loaded up on Client.

  • Is it clear which Pit Operators are working where/when?

  • Is it clear which Field Officers are working where/when?

AH Systems

  • Has the Supervisor been trained and has access to and is aware of what correct pages to access and when? (Site Monitor, Autonomous Status Page, Traffic Management Page, Fleet Update page)

  • Monitors ASP truck tiles and ensures a truck stoppages are being responded to?

  • Able to demonstrate placing Zone down using TOPE Screen in SAV

  • Does the Supervisor know how to place their personal lock on an AHT, then remove it, for passing activities.

  • Does Supervisor know how to identifies location of object by using red dot indicator in Autonomy Status Details page

  • Does the Supervisor know how to clear an Object Detection through the Autonomy Status Details page?

  • Supervisor can explains JHM Dash Links-New including toolbar and truck tiles.

  • Can Supervisor opens Zone Editor and explains all fields/check boxes/tabs

  • Can Supervisor Opens Dump Plan Editor and explains all fields/check boxes/tabs

Operators

  • Provides feedback to Equipment Operators, Pit Operators and Field Officers?

  • Monitors delay management with operators?

  • Problem solves with stakeholders tight work areas or constrained dumps? (Understands system limitations.)

Pit

  • Reviews dump availability/capacity?

  • Reviews Queue and exit points for efficiency?

  • Reviews plan boundaries for accuracy?

  • Checks dump plan settings and communicates with Dozer Operators to confirm if correct (number of dumps per spot, dump scripts checked - aligns with Fleets on circuit and material).

  • Monitors pit conditions (haul roads, windrows, etc) and effectively identifies where remediation is required. Communicates to Field Officers to Creates appropriate zones.

  • Investigates areas with excessive obstacle detections?

Production

  • Reviews cycles times and responds?

  • Is aware of Circuit/Loading unit priority as per 24hr Plan in area of accountability.

  • Monitor shift targets? KPI dashboard.

  • Identifies passable zones that can be rectified by near by AUX machines to increase AHT performance.

  • Monitors and responds to excessive delays in operator change outs? (Shift change / hotseat)

  • Check centre dividers are compliant and virtual designs align with physical dividers

Safety

  • Inspect and verifies exclusion zones/ AMAs?

  • Inspects floor conditions, zone and informs appropriate clean up machine if work is required

  • Reviews traction events & investigates problem areas?

  • Provides feedback to operators following prox 4 events?

  • Checks intersections for compliance including indicators on trucks?

  • Follows &/or monitors Prox 4, Out of Lane, & Object Detection event processes?

  • Confirms locations of infrastructure align with virtual mine model
