Are all products in the Drive Thru properly labeled and within usable shelf life? (Check salads, wraps, all fruit cups, parfaits, and kale crunch - COOKIES/BROWNIES)

Are all towels submerged in sanitizer buckets when not actively in use?

Are all employees in proper uniforms? (check for approved jewelry, nail length, uniform cleanliness, etc.)

Is the drive thru area clean and organized? (no trash on the floor, counters wiped clean, etc.)

Are all ice bin lids closed when soda towers are not in use?

Are all employees working outside wearing a required safety vest? (Drive Thru order takers, cash cart, outside expo on Drive Thru window)

Are the dumpster gates and lids closed when not in use? Correct immediately if not compliant.
COLD HOLDING: Are all in use products at the proper temperatures in order to ensure Food Safety? [Cold TCS items (salads, parfaits, wraps, etc.) must be held below 40°F in order to be Food Safe] IF PRODUCTS ARE ABOVE 40°F THEY MUST BE ROTATED INTO WALK-IN FRIDGE WITH TCS STOP CARD!!!
