  • Are plumbing drains free of leaks (check by filling tubs and sinks then pulling drain)?

  • Do hot and cold water work properly on all faucets and showers (hot-left, cold-right)?

  • Did you check jetted tub is functioning and free of leaks by filling up past jets and running for 5 minutes?

  • Is sump pump functioning and properly extended away from home (buried as needed)?

  • Is water heater flue properly connected and installed?

  • Does garbage disposal function properly and is free of debris?

  • Are screens and if applicable, cranks, installed?

  • Did you check that fireplace is functioning and burn off for 15 minutes?
