3.1.1 Selection process

  • PEI sets criteria to select potential agent(s).

  • PEI reviews (at least once a year) the roles of the agent and its agent management practices (contract, code of conduct, training, communication. channel) for continual improvements.

3.3.1 Monitoring of Agents

  • Monitoring records are kept.

  • Evaluation records are kept.

  • PEI takes actions against agents who do not meet expectations.

  • There are vetting and approval records for agent’s promotion materials and advertisements.

  • Students do not pay any fee to agent besides the commission.

  • PEI takes actions in a timely manner against agents who do not meet expectations.

  • PEI reviews (at least once a year) the monitoring and evaluation processes.
