INSPECTION

  • Back-up alarm in working order

  • Batteries, check water levels if possible.

  • Belts/Hoses - Frayed, torn, leaking

  • Clutch - check before leaving lot

  • Engine oil - check dipstick carefully

  • Engine Operation - Report noises, malfunction

  • Gauges/Instruments - All functioning

  • Horn - Test before leaving lot

  • Ladder Racks -Secure and functioning

  • Ladder - Secure, feet present, functioning

  • Leaks/General Problems - Walk around vehicle and look

  • Lights/Signals - All functioning

  • Radiator - Check water level and overflow

  • Safety Devices and Labels - All present and now t torn

  • Seat Belts - Check before leaving lot

  • State Inspection Sticker/License Plates - Current

  • Steering - Jerks, pulls, wanders

  • Storage Racks/Cage/ROP's - secure

  • Tire Pressure/Wear - Check for cuts, nails, etc.

  • Transmission Fluid - Check Level

  • Unusual Noises - Report anything you hear

  • Vehicle Cleanliness - Windows, Interior, Exterior

  • Vehicle Decals - All present and not torn

  • Vehicle Interior/Rear - Clean, tanks secure, clutter free

  • Vehicle Interior Front - Clean, no paper or clutter on dash

  • Vehicle PPE - all present and working properly

  • Vehicle Tools - All present and working properly

  • Violations - any received in the last 30 days

  • Wheel Lugs/Hubcaps - Loose, broken, missing

  • Windshield - Cracks, chips, holes

  • Windshield Wipers - Motor, arms, blades, controls

  • Tap pen to the right and sign name.
