Engine Off. Perform the following checks with the engine off.

• No fluid leaks under vehicle.

• No damage to exterior

• No damage to vehicle interior or contents

• Visually check tires

• Windshield wipers washer fluid lines

• Coolant level visible at or below 'ADD' line

• Power steering fluid

• Windshield washer fluid

Check contents of compartments. See master equipment list for details.

Engine Running. Perform the following checks with the engine running after setting wheel chocks and placing the Plymovent system in 'MANUAL' mode.

• Gauges/ Switches

• Electrical System

• HVAC

• Engine Hours

• Mileage

• Braking System

• Headlights

• Marker Lights

• Signal Lights

• Reverse Lights. If checking vehicle alone turn off engine while performing this check.

• Emergency Lights

• Opticom. Check with brakes released. If checking vehicle alone turn off engine and chock wheels front and behind while performing this check.

• Scene lights

• Work lights

• Interior lights and spotlight

• Pump panel lights

• Hose bed light

• Compartment lights

• Transmission fluid. Check in neutral at idle.

• Mirrors undamaged and positioned appropriately for operator

Pump in gear. Perform the following checks with the engine running and the pump in gear.

• Operate electric MIVs

• Test electronic throttle governor system

• Booster tank full

• Shift from pump back to road position

• Test siren

• Test air horn

• Engine turned off, chocks stored and Plymovent turned to 'AUTO'.

• PASS is operational

• Lubricate all doors and hinges using silicone spray lubricant

• Clean up vehicle interior and wash vehicle exterior
