Ensure all equipment is off, engage all emergency stops/ lock outs

Ensure all product, raw and finished, has been removed from production to storage locations

Ensure curtain between grinding and portioning room is pulled shut and inspect for cleanliness

Removed Cardboard & Garbage (leave 1 garbage until end of shift)

Remove remaining large Debris, empty skids, equipment parts, tote bins, and utensils to dish sanitation area

Ensure foot bath in grinding room is empty
