General Remarks
-
Check if all not insulated parts are in the final colour.
-
Registered the serial numbers of the big valves, actuators, diff.pressure gauge/switch , level switch, relief valves, thermocouples, temp and pressure gauges.
-
Are the Core numbers correctly mounted on the cables in the junction boxes?
-
Are the ball valves/actuators in the correct "open/close" position?
-
Are the seats in ball-valves resistant to the required pressure and temperature?
-
Are earth cables connected between junction boxes & Door and between junction box & skid frame
-
Are blind plugs mounted in the vent connections of the manifolds.
-
Are the specticle blinds/restriction orifices mounted in the system. And are these correctly mounted in the system.
-
Are all valves in the closed position for transport.
-
