  • Check if instrument vent drain valves are plugged with a blind plug

  • Check if there are blind plugs in the spare thermowell and on other needed areas

  • Check if rough edges of the cable trays are protected with a protection strip

  • Check if the equalizing line of the automatic drain is attached in the system

  • Check if SS piping is clear of rust stance

  • Check tag numbering of the junction boxes

General Remarks

  • Check if all not insulated parts are in the final colour.

  • Registered the serial numbers of the big valves, actuators, diff.pressure gauge/switch , level switch, relief valves, thermocouples, temp and pressure gauges.

  • Are the Core numbers correctly mounted on the cables in the junction boxes?

  • Are the ball valves/actuators in the correct "open/close" position?

  • Are the seats in ball-valves resistant to the required pressure and temperature?

  • Are earth cables connected between junction boxes & Door and between junction box & skid frame

  • Are blind plugs mounted in the vent connections of the manifolds.

  • Are the specticle blinds/restriction orifices mounted in the system. And are these correctly mounted in the system.

  • Are all valves in the closed position for transport.

  • Are the tracing stickers attached on the system (if applicable)

  • Are the thermal relief valves set at the design pressure of the system.
