  • Are the fire barriers taped at the joints using siderise approved tape?

Horizontal RH

  • Have the fire barriers been cut along the cutting lines and maintained at 25mm (+/- 3mm) been maintained?

  • Are the fire barriers installed in the correct orientation i.e. the coloured line facing up?

  • Is the intumescent strip maintained constantly through the cladding

  • Have cuts into the fire barrier been cut neatly and taped?

  • Are the brackets 3no. per 1.2m at 400mm centres?

  • Are the end of brackets split and trimmed to 10-20mm?

  • Is the top side of the fire barriers taped and not over the face of the intumescent strip?

Fixings

  • Are the fixings to the latest fixing schedule?

  • Are all fixings used none combustible?

  • Have the brackets been pre drilled to allow for easier installation?
