Section Focus: Host

  • Does the host ask about allergies/dietary requirements for the guest(s)?

  • Does the host notify about any unavailabilities, if any?

Section Focus: Table Service

  • Does the server speak to the table promptly? and reaffirm dietary requirements if any?

  • Is a drinks order taken promptly and if needed, provides assistance with selection?

  • How long does the drink take to arrive to the table following the order being processed?

  • Does the server ask if there are any questions on the food menu and if needed, provides assistance with selection?

  • Does the server remove menus from the table to avoid clutter/ensures reusability of the menu?

  • How long does it take for the first item(s) of food to arrive at the table?

  • How long does it take for the last item(s) of food to arrive at the table?

  • Does every table receive a checkback from the server in that given section?
