Forklift Checklist is to be completed at the BEGINNING of each day.
Forklift drivers are to complete the checklist and email the report to the SHEQ Representative - Tracy Bracken (VIC & QLD) or Nicole Garaty (NSW & ACT) -
Non-Conformities or Mechanical Issues MUST BE reported IMMEDIATELY to your Operations Manager or SHEQ Representative.
