  • Is the Emergency Exit lighting operational

  • Is the lighting adequate to work safely

  • Is the floor surface free from holes, divots and maintained in a safe condition

  • Is the area clean and tidy with no trip or slip hazards

  • Is the Office Areas clean and hygienic

  • If there are any Stockpiles of Items / Materials, are they maintained at an appropriate level

  • Are all Desk / Workstation heights suitable and ergonomically set up

  • Is there any excessive noise (Unusual sources louder than normal operations)
