  • No sullage or sewage effluent discharged into sediment pond or directly into any rivers or public area before it is adequately treated.

  • Workers quarters free of mosquitos breeding spots.

  • The following information/ posters should be displayed at all workers quarters notice boards:<br>• Emergency communication flow chart complete with telephone numbers of responsible key personnel<br>• DOE’s zero burning posters<br>

  • Grease trap provided and maintained for canteen

  • Sufficient fire extinguisher at canteen and sleeping quarters (As far as practicable)

  • Cooking gas cylinders to be stored at cooking area not at sleeping quarters

  • Maximum 4-6 people per cabin

  • If there is a gen-set (ensure location is far, no flammable materials nearby, no other materials to be stored, sufficient warning safety signange)

  • Electrical wiring / DB at cabins in good condition

  • Workers to hang clothes at proper area
