  • Roof access trimmers installed in correct position as per plan. (Check access for lower roof areas on double stories). R/A marked on floor.

  • Joists installed as per detail with blocking fitted correctly, voids clear and all penetrations clear of joists. Penetrations not compromising integrity of the joists.

  • RA 400mm wide. Joist blocked at top of shaft on double story?

  • Sheet flooring nailed off and not squeaking. Holes for ducting cut out.

  • Two holes installed to rim board where required to vent ceiling fan.

  • Shower wastes centred to shower base or within 150mm radius of centre of base.

  • Stair void dimensions as per plan with ground and first floor walls aligned.

  • Garage beam temporarily supported and nog's in place for garage door.

  • Eave overhang as per plan with valley boards and box gutters fully supported.

  • All debris / off cuts placed in rubbish cage. Left over timber stacked neatly in the garage. House swept out and clean.
