Are all lights working?
Are all heaters working and in a safe condition?
Is all the other electrical equipment on site in a safe and serviceable condition?
Are you satisfied that items which could cause a trip, fall or may be dangerous are controlled adequately?
Are there washing facilities on this or an adjacent site?
Is there eye wash available?
Is first aid available and the box is correctly stocked?
Are all guards in place?
Have operatives been adequately trained on equipment being used?
Are all electrical leads/plugs in good order?
Is equipment stored in a safe place?
Is protective clothing supplied where necessary and properly stored?
Is protective clothing being worn if required?
Is the right PPE being used in line with relevant COSHH or Risk Assessment?
Are inflammable or toxic chemicals safely stored and locked away?
Are up to date records kept of chemicals stored?
Is the equipment correct for the type of fire likely at this location?
Have extinguishers been checked in the last 12 months?
Are all walls, fences and pathways free from visible signs of unreported damage?
Is the area clear of dog fouling and or litter?
Are all seats secure and undamaged?
Are all trees free from visible damage ?
Is the area free from obstructions or projections which could cause injury to Grosvenor Staff, contractors or public?
Is the area free from any other items that need attention?
