Tools & Machinery

Have all Pre Start checks completed and any faults reported for action?

Pre-Start Inspections completed on all vehicles and land based machinery

Is all equipment secure at the end of the day?

Visual Checks

Have all gardens been visually inspected by the team and any concerns reported and actioned? Please report any Arboricultural or safety concerns immediately and make the area safe.

Have all Trees been visual checked after a windy conditions or before a garden event? All tree inspections to be reported to the TIO for MyTree upload.

Have all garden Gates been visual checked and any concerns or faults reported to the office manager for action?

Playground / Gym Inspection

Has the daily playground inspection been carried out as per ROSPA guidelines and any faults reported? Any unsafe equipment should be taken out of use immediately and the area should remain safe at all times.

Has the daily gym inspection been carried out and any faults reported and actioned? Any equipment found to be faulty should be taken out of use immediately.

COSHH

Is the COSHH store locked, in good order and records up to date?

List Contractors onsite and basic description of tasks

Other concerns or events
