Air conditioning system maintained regularly
Stable non-slip floor coverings
Kitchen area clean and tidy
Toilets clean and tidy, hand wash soap and towels available
Inspect the maintenance check list on the x-ray machine for compliance of servicing
The Officer completing this Safety Inspection must ensure that the final report is sent through to Safety Service for recording of Hazards and required Follow up Actions and the Department Supervisor has been notified of the Inspection outcome.
The Area Safety Representative accepts the findings of this Workplace Inspection and shall ensure that any corrective action/s identified during this Inspection shall be actioned immediately.
