  • CLIENTS RESPONSIBILITY ON DAY MAINTENANCE WORKS ARE CARRIED OUT 1- remove all frames or fixtures off walls to any affected areas where works are required to be undertaken 2- moving of any furniture that may affect the required works to be undertaken 3-moving of and ornaments or fixtures that may affect works to be undertaken 4- allow for a safe environment for works to be undertaken 5- ensure children and Pets are kept clear of any work areas 6- allow access to site during working hours
