  • Plasterer to liase with Site supervisor to accept lockup prior to install

  • read plans in conjunction with all documents supplied for any changes to standard spec

  • Delivery of plaster to an area that is not suceptable to water damage or Vandalism

  • plaster hung in accordance with as 2589 Plaster standards

  • second story lifts to be arranged prior with site manager

  • metal Battens to be installed AFTER electrical and heating rough in and not to be placed at crayon marks for downlights

  • door sills to be protected to avoid scratching and damage

  • Bath tub to be protected and excess screws cleaned up

  • all plaster to wet area corners to be square cut edges for membrane

  • All wires are pulled through in wet areas

  • plaster in stair wells to allow for Horizontal expansion join as per As 2589

  • external plaster install to be as per manufacturers installation and free from water damage

  • 200x200 range hood duct opening for kitchen flexiduct

  • all plaster waste to be stacked in an accessible area for plaster recyclers

  • WR plaster to be installed in all wet areas

  • cutouts around plumbing penetrations to be tight or if overcut , filled with approved method

Stopping

  • plaster stopping to be in accordance with As2589 standards and requirements taken into consideration for reflective light

  • all external angled to be plumb and square and comply with NCC standard plumb =-4mm over 2m

  • bottom of exy with no overburden to avoid kick out of skirt

  • all bulkheads and hampers to be plumb and square

  • kitchen bulkheads to have plaster front covered over MDF bulkhead

  • Purple light inspection to be undertaken by Plasterer and supervisor prior to invoice payment

  • all washout to be away from the building to avoid plaster on exterior surface

  • all overburden on concrete or floor to be scraped clean

  • please tools not to be left on site or if so no responsibility for theft for builder

GJ GARDNER OH&S

  • sign in Hazard co app

  • keep SWMS on site at all times

  • current Public liability and White card up to date and sent to GJ Gardner office

  • HSCP in Meter box of house unless otherwise specified by the site manager

  • site to be left in a safe manner . All rubbish picked up and placed in bin or in a bag beside the bin if the bin is full

  • trades to be courteous and respectful to adjoining properties and neighbours

  • Trades not to be instructed by customers and Customers are not to be let in to site

G J GARDNER PAYMENT

  • Purchase orders to be handed in with all invoices emailed to geelong.accounts@gjgardner.com.au

  • All extras to have an attached Manual order number from the site managers and must be invoiced separately

  • Invoices as per purchase order unless otherwise discussed
