Stopping

plaster stopping to be in accordance with As2589 standards and requirements taken into consideration for reflective light

all external angled to be plumb and square and comply with NCC standard plumb =-4mm over 2m

bottom of exy with no overburden to avoid kick out of skirt

all bulkheads and hampers to be plumb and square

kitchen bulkheads to have plaster front covered over MDF bulkhead

Purple light inspection to be undertaken by Plasterer and supervisor prior to invoice payment

all washout to be away from the building to avoid plaster on exterior surface
-
all overburden on concrete or floor to be scraped clean

please tools not to be left on site or if so no responsibility for theft for builder

HSCP in Meter box of house unless otherwise specified by the site manager

site to be left in a safe manner . All rubbish picked up and placed in bin or in a bag beside the bin if the bin is full

trades to be courteous and respectful to adjoining properties and neighbours

Trades not to be instructed by customers and Customers are not to be let in to site
