  • Is the CSR properly dressed according to Goodwill standards (shirt tucked in, clean uniform)?

  • Monday - Friday is the CSR checking with the DC Supervisor & Home Store?

  • Weekends is the CSR checking in with the Regional on call?

  • Are the donors being greeted with "Good Morning" or "Good Afternoon"?

  • Are the donors being offered help? "Let me help you with those items".

  • Was a donor present during visit?

  • Are donors being greeted within 10 seconds with a smile?

  • Did the CSR assist the donor with their donation from their vehicle?

  • Phone Etiquette: Speak slowly, enthusiastic and smile "Thank you for calling Goodwill, and state your name." How may I help you?

  • Was the donor offered a receipt?

  • Was the donor given a thank you?

  • Are the donors invited to return?

  • Is the CSR recording the donor counts?

Operations:

  • Is the production system being used by the prescribed method?

  • Is the production area clean and orderly?

  • Is desk clean and orderly?<br>Only items on desk should be newsletter, donor receipts, dc/store locations pamphlet and ink pen.

  • Is the exterior of the building clear of garbage and donations?

  • Is microwave and refrigerator clean?

  • Has daily chores list been completed to date?

  • Are clothes being laid flat in dandux?

  • Are the shoes being rubberbanded?

  • Are all dandux labeled properly? <br>Label should include CSR name, date and DC location (Trash, pre-sorted, Lg Wares)
