  • Do all of the new employees, since the last audit, have valid RTW / Visa`s / NI and contract

  • Check hours worked for any staff working on a Student Visa

  • Do all employees have an employee number

  • Are all staff active on SAP

  • Are all employees clocking in and out

  • Are all colleagues paid for the hours they have worked

  • Have all of the employees read / completed the policies / training on

  • Check with all staff on site that their training is being completed during working time

  • Establish if any staff meetings have taken place during the last three months. If yes, then review Shopworks to check that all attendees were paid for the time involved

  • Do all employees have facial recognition set up on the time clock machine?

  • Are any employees working more than 56 hours a week

  • Are the Site Manager and Assistant Manager working more than 50 hours per week

  • Are all staff receiving the breaks they are entitled to

  • Are recruitment posters placed in line with HR guidelines

  • Pin pads checked for tampering

  • No phone chargers plugged into PC
