  • Premises free from electrical hazards, e.g. exposed live terminals

  • Surfaces free from holes, spillages and other slip/trip hazards

  • Premises free of materials that could fall or storage/stacking that could collapse

  • Roof/tower/tank access and fixed ladders kept locked/secured

  • Asbestos materials labelled and free from damage

  • Premises free of equipment left by the tenant, and a record made if not?
