Confirm for updated drawings, RFI's, plans & specs

Confirm MEP's are not protruding beyond stud plane

Confirm MEP strapping not bulging beyond stud plane

Confirm all framing, backing and H.M. frames have not been damaged

Confirm framing and MEP installation is complete prior to close-up

Confirm framing and backing QC forms are signed-off

Confirm HM frames are plumb

Confirm correct fasteners are spaced per plans and specs

Confirm holding up drywall 5/8" from floor substrate

Confirm joints are butted per plans and specs

Confirm C.J. are installed per plans and specs

Confirm installation of sound caulk, if applicable, from bottom of drywall to floor substrate and top of drywall to deck substrate

Confirm track cavities are cleaned

Confirm holding up drywall 5/8" from floor substrate

Confirm correct wall insulation is installed where required

Confirm joints are butted per plans and specs

Confirm C.J. are installed per plans and specs

Confirm vertical board joints are staggered 1-stud bay minimum at both sides of rated walls

Confirm installation of sound caulk, if applicable, from bottom of drywall to floor substrate and top of drywall to deck stubstrate

Confirm cleanup of our cartons and scrap material

Inspect and walk the site with G.C. Superintendent
