Postline Gib (Where no Fire rating)

Post Line Gib (where no fire rating): to undertake the stopping of installed internal wall linings without Council inspection. Fletchers agree to provide: • RoW from the installer (or supervisor licenced) • PS3 from the Installer verifying compliance to the consent, building code and any applicable specifications and/or standards.

  • Who is the LBP signing off the Bracing elements for this House lot?

  • Which company has installed the linings to the house?

  • Is there a set of consented approved building plans on site for Inspection?

  • Has site been swept out and rubbish removed and placed in skip?

  • Gib Board fixed as per the required Industry standard?

  • Have the wet areas been lined with the required board as per the consented plans ? (Aqualine)

  • Are the bracing patterns and linings on the consent plans completed as instructed in accordance with regulations?

  • Are the Supervisor and Gib fixer satisfied the work has been completed as per the consented plans?

  • Attach a copy of the brace plan signed and dated by the supervisor and/or the LBP

  • Has the RoW from the installer been completed and Issued ?

  • Has a PS3 from the Installer verifying compliance to the consent, building code and any applicable specifications and/or standards been completed and issued to FRL?

  • Please provide photo evidence of: Wet areas. Samples of BL1 and GS1 Bracing.
