  • Bushings: are they pinned and seated?

  • Top Hyd. Lift Kit Mount: if applicable, are the threads and mounting blocks ok?

  • Shims: are there five on the top wear plate and six on the side?

  • If CEP: is unit mounted to metal shipping skid?

  • I.D. Plates: are they marked according to job acknowledgement?

  • Is paint up to Joy Global acceptable standards?

  • Wear Plates: are they new?

  • Lifting Eyes: Are they in good condition?

  • Top Wear Plates: Are bolts in holes? If no, are threads in good condition?

  • Is work-scope signed off and parts list added from warehouse / receiving area to the pouch?

  • Have both sides of saddle block been visually checked?

  • Have final photos been taken?

  • Lubricant Line Hardware: are loops ok? Is uni-strut in good condition?

  • Job Number: Is it stamped in frame?

  • Has transition been MT checked?

  • Are broken bolts removed and holes tapped?
