Floor: Floor is clean and free of broken packaging debris.

Moveable Items: Homes for all moveable items are clearly defined. For example, with signage or shadow boxing. Carts, strapping/packaging, recycling material and ladders are in proper locations.

Lighting: Lighting is sufficient for safe operation and identification of materials.

Cabinets/Shelves: No items are stored on top of cabinets unless clearly identified.

Signage: Existing rack labels and signage are in good condition, current and are are sufficient to identify various storage locations, safety issues, and the homes of moveable items etc within the area.

Min/Max Adherence: No overflow conditions exist. Inventories are within defined limits and no parts are stored on the floor except in clearly defined locations.

Racks: Bottom tier of racks is free of cardboard, strapping, strech-wrap and other debris.

Unused tools, parts or equipment: Area is free of unused tools, equipment or parts - and free of those used by other departments.

Slip/Trip Hazards: Area is free of trip/slip hazards

Waste Removal: Standard Waste, Paper, Plastic/Botte, and Compost bins are in proximity. Bins are clean and not overflowing.

Electrical Panels: Verify that nothing is stored on top of panels, that they are secured and in good condition, and that there is 3' of clearance.

Floor: Floor appears clean and recently swept/mopped.

Empty Skids/Totes: Empty skids and totes are in designated locations.

Sorting Area: Area is organized and free of debris. Lights are functional. Sort status is visually obvious.

Pick Levels: Boxes/Pallets are squared. Empty skids, cardboard, strapping/wrap are removed.

Equipment Charging Station: Stations are free of misplaced items and debrisand equipment is properly positioned.

Communication Board: Board is clean, organized and up to date.

CAMI Component Pick Screen: Area is clean and organized. In particular, area is free of personal items, nothing is on top of the charging station or cabinet.

Chrysler Component Pick Screen: Area is clean and organized. In particular, area is free of personal items, nothing is on top of the charging station and the water cooler is clean.

Material Handling Equipment: All material handling equipment must be free of debris.
