Is the area prepared for this element / is builders work complete?

Has a sample room/area been produced and approved

Have electrical works been completed

Check fitting of 1st fix joinery, including ceiling noggins

Have installed items been protected

Ensure good lighting is provided and maintained

Check window reveals and position ofDPC

Check fitting of windows and margins

Check that ceiling joists are level throughout

Are angles and stop beads straight and plumb

Check openings, soffit reveals and below cill boards for workmanship

Check plaster taken down to floor and up to ceiling

Check ceiling board joints and wall/ceiling joints

Check for straight lines at wall ceiling junctions

Is plaster board nailing at correct entries

Does the finishing of wall surfaces meet requirements

Check all plastered walls for imperfections

Has the work area been left clean / are service outlets clear
