Equipment and General Maintenance and Safety Inspection: This instruction is being managed around various elements of the operational plan including Maintenance and Repairs and Health and Safety. This is a weekly inspection document designed to address most, if not all aspects of the service and works along the lines of a continuous improvement process. Staff should identify any issues that they consider a risk and potentially harm or damage the fabric of the ICC and its equipment and report to the Foundation lead. A periodic review of outcome will need to be developed over the coming year and this can be managed via the On-site Team meeting. This should include an ongoing planned maintenance issues such as legionella ad asbestos management issues and the relevant trend analysis around this inspection document.
