Kitchen Closing Procedure

  • Hand tools, Pot/Pans, dish-ware, special cutters etc have been washed and sanitized

  • Unplugged, wiped and sanitized small appliances

  • Washed and sanitized the station fixtures: tables, shelving, cabinets, heat lamps

  • Double-checked that no perishable foods have been left out

  • All heating equipment and units are turned off

  • Ensure all used cooking oil is disposed of in proper container outdoors

  • Trash/waste and recyclables are placed in proper receptacles

  • Sweep and clear any spills on floor

  • Cleanliness and orderliness is evident

  • Return all shared kitchen equipment to original placement
