Flushing Instructions

• This inspection is an in-house flushing programme and is part of a NEW flushing regime designed by Dowds - Johnnie Millar.
  Flushing regime will be broke down and carried out Monday - Saturday of each week.
  Weekly breakdown and flushing regime (as per Johnnie Millar's instructions) are as follows
  * Buffer Tank - daily (Monday - Saturday) temperature and bar reading (starting from 24-05-2022)
  * WC's - Toilets should be fully flushed twice.
  * Urinals - To be flushed twice
  * Wash hand basins - Water should be run for 5 mins
  * Bip taps (located in the 9th floor ladies, 5.5 floor male toilet and 0.5 floor male toilet): Water should be run for 5 mins continously.
  * Showers - Each shower in the changing room should be activated in sequence, continuously for 10 minutes.
  
  NOTE: As per Johnnie Millar's instructions (13.09.2022) flushing outlets have been reduced to x1 a week only (excluding storeroom - female changing rooms and 9th floor WC / shower unit).
