Maintenance Call out Checklist

  • Test and clean aircons and wash filters

  • Test remotes on gate (entrance/exit), garage and alarm. (Pedestrian gates where applicable)

  • Test stove, oven and extractor (also if bulbs are working)

  • Test all electrical plugs

  • Test all electrical switches

  • Test all electrical isolators

  • Test all bulbs if working

  • Test, investigate, lubricate and clean extractor fans in bathrooms

  • Test and investigate all toilet flush systems (inlet & flush valve, pan collar)

  • Test all locks and confirm if keys present

  • Fasten, lubricate all handles Doors, BIC's, Vanities

  • Fasten, align all hinges Doors, BIC's, Vanities. (Make sure all grub screws are fasten where applicable)

  • Fasten, lubricate and check all BIC's drawer rails

  • Fasten and secure all shelve studs (fasten with corner blocks were necessary)

  • Fasten all bathroom accessories

  • Fasten all toilet pan seat covers

  • Fasten all window handles and stay's

  • Fasten all door stops

  • Fasten washing line

  • Fasten all curtain rails

  • Confirm all basin, sink and bath plugs are present and not leaking (If not Provide and charge)

  • Inspect, service, clean and clear all traps (Basin, sink, shower, bath, exc.)

  • Inspect all taps (bath mixer, sink mixer, shower, stop cocks/taps for leakages, if working and fasten)

  • Inspect all braided/flexi hoses at toilets, basins and sinks

  • Clean and descale all shower heads

  • Clean and descale all aerators at taps

  • Clean all light covers. (Remove where necessary to clean inside light cover)

  • Test Geyser Temperature

  • Comments or Special instructions
