  • Store variance check process has resulted in accurate stock records at the end of the MST process. Adjustments identified to be less than 2% of the value of the top 25 gains and losses.<br><br>Obtain the top 50 store gains and losses report. Review all 100 lines on SBO and select a minimum of 25 to check based on risk. Check accuracy of stock records and report the gross value of any amendments required.<br>

8. Direct Deliveries (Each check worth 2.73%)

  • All DSS weekly summary reports are filed and show evidence of review. <br>Review the goods charging folder to ensure reports are filed for 12 weeks with no missing weeks. All reports show evidence of review or have a filed copy of the DSS checklist. With any next steps actioned.<br>

  • All Tesco Receipt Notes are entered on the DSS Ins. <br>Review the Delivery Summary 'In' reports and check all TRN's are accounted for. Check that next steps are recorded for any missing TRN's. (Store and PFS)<br>

  • All direct deliveries are receipted and entered correctly. <br>Review the DSS weekly summary reports to ensure that all direct deliveries are entered regularly with the correct details. Ensure that the store has achieved 75% electronic delivery note KPI completion over a 4 week period. (Store and PFS).<br>

  • Deliveries are not being left to "auto confirm" or "Unconfirmed". <br>Review the confirmation times on the DSS weekly summary reports to ensure deliveries are applied to stock records when they arrive and not at diary entry time e.g. Palmer & Harvey, Royal Mail and Korbond. (Store and PFS).<br>

  • Deliveries are not being lated for longer than the appropriate time. <br>Review the direct supplier delivery screen to ensure no direct supplied deliveries are being flagged late for longer than 3 days. (Store and PFS).<br>

  • A realistic number of claims have been completed for the format of the store and all claims completed have been actioned correctly.<br>Review RP728 claim book and check how many claims have been completed. Check the RP728 claims book against DSS weekly summary reports to ensure that all claim numbers are entered against the appropriate TRN. (Store and PFS)<br>

9. Return & Transfer Routines (Each check worth 2.73%)

  • MMX499-V1 Routines are in place. <br>Review the DSS outs to ensure an MMX499-V1 report is filed for each ARN completed for a minimum of 12 weeks. All reports show evidence of review and investigation with correction counts downloaded.<br>

  • All Entertainment / Book return boxes have been scanned out. <br>Review the information on PDA direct return function against the boxes instore to ensure that no boxes have been returned without being scanned out. Investigate any missing boxes in the RP2K220 entertainment returns collection audit book.<br>

  • All returns to suppliers have been actioned correctly. <br>Check the RP388 returns to supplier's book and RP510 milk returns book to ensure that all entries are completed correctly and correspond to an entry on the DSS weekly summary reports. Ensure the correct paperwork has been sent to Cardiff.<br>

  • Internal transfers are being actioned on a consistent basis. <br>Review the DSS to ensure that staff restaurant transfers are being actioned daily and confirmed with the ref 123456, Pharmacy transfers are being actioned regularly. Review PFS to ensure that picking list totals are being managed.<br>

  • All other transfer functions have been used correctly. Review SBO transfer screens and DSS to find what transfers have been actioned. Query any exceptions. <br>
