Outside inpsection

  • Anything look unsightly or in disrepair?

Under Hood

  • Check engine oil level (full or not full)

  • Check transmission fluid level (full or not full)

  • Check brake fluid level (full or not full)

  • Check power steering fluid level (full or not full)

  • Check windshield wiper fluid level (full or not full)

Driver/Passenger Area Inspection

  • Test windshield wipers and washers for effectiveness (extra pair don't have one make a note when you are going to have and not mark as good)

  • Inspect windows/mirrors for cracks

  • Test backup camera (make sure it's cleaned and leveled)

  • Test emergency brake

  • Test dashboard lights and AC/heating unit

  • Test radio

  • Is your phone holder available?

  • Your fire extinguisher accessibly and tag up to date?

  • Anything look unsightly or in disrepair?

Kitchen Inspection

  • Check operating refrigerators and freezer and meet temps (write the all temps if it's not function then ETA explained.)

  • Are your trucks smell like fish or not rancid? Is this constantly happen and write the game plan?

  • Are your trucks floors clean including underneath of your equipment?

  • Test all sinks hot/cold water is working

  • Does your paper towels and soap stock?

  • Underneath of sink storage area cleaned, organized and leaks?

  • Test hood and auxillary fans

  • Test kitchen ac/heating units as well as cleaned? (no oily)

  • Check for grease accumulation (hood cleaned updated 4 or 6 months time period)

  • Inspect caulking of hood, sinks, and other caulked surfaces

  • Your fryer inside and underneath cleaned?

  • Inspect aesthetic kitchen damage

  • Inspect functional kitchen equipment's (if it's necessary check fryers)

  • Inspect equipment to see if its properly secrued to the wall

  • Check all latches and handles

  • Check kitchen lights

  • Health Box and check all items stored as well as it's cleaned and organized as well as your team knows

  • Anyting look unsightly or in disrepair?

Verify Truck has following items on board

  • Current registration (Laminated and each truck updated, truckers' food handler and DOT card etc.) Missing any then note and done by when

  • Current insurance (Laminated and each truck must be undated)

  • Current DOT annual inspection

  • Up-to-date fire service tags on hood and extinguishers

  • Employee sickness procedure

  • Hand wash procedure sign

Generator

  • Check oil level (full or not full) When you changed dated

  • Filter has been changed?

  • When did you changed oil? And how many hours on the generator? Is that passed 1500 hours mark and required service?

  • Check coolant level (full or not full)

  • Check for grease accumulation no oil's on the doors and floor also generator)

  • Start and test with all appliances and fans on

  • Test and run PTO Generator with all appliances on check it gives power to kitchen

  • PTO Generator runs with all appliances on

Utility Room/old truck check on those items if applies

  • Is Utility Room clean? Sinks and water tank and conners

  • Test water pump and check the debris on filters

  • Test water heater

  • Inside of swamp cooler is clean (new truck) as well as outside?

  • Is your thermostats set minimum at 45 degree (new truck only and winter only)

  • Grey water has dumped?

  • Is water filled up?
