Where any damage is identified as per the Amber examples in the guide, please contact the FM Helpdesk on 08448920000, they will advise where any photos should be sent showing the issue(s). If minor damage only, monitor at future inspections and keep a copy of the records on file at the branch. Where damage is deem significant enough to require immediate offload you will be notified to do so upon review of the photos.
