  • Stock Coffee cups / lids, coffee beans, tea and sugar

  • Stock Retail chiller (Milk, cheese, bacon, cream etc)

  • Stock Alcohol chiller

  • Stock ambient alcohol shelves (Next to the chiller)

  • Stock soft drinks chillers

  • Stock Gum

8-11pm

  • Clean Glass on hot cabinet, sandwich cabinet and ice cream freezer

  • Clean Customer toilet

  • Clean staff toilet

  • Newspapers

  • Stock cigarettes at fuel till (??)

  • Stock crisps and chocolate

  • Stock groceries and medicine

  • Clean coffee machine - Use Pullycaffe

  • Empty Drawer and bins

  • Ensure coffee machine is fully stocked with Lids, cups, beans, sugar, tea and milk

10-11pm

  • Sweep and mop kitchen floor, behind till and back corridor

  • Check and empty outside bins

  • Brush and mop main shop floor

  • Stock Soft drinks / water chillers to ensure they are full for the morning

  • Sweep and mop floor when shop is shut if necessary
