Health & Safety Training

  • Please note: As Store Manager, you are responsible for ensuring that the following training has been completed with ALL employees in store. Staff training must be completed on day one with all new staff members and refreshed regularly.
    NB: If any member(s) of staff is / are yet to receive the below training, this must be completed within two weeks of the date of handover.

  • Level One Training - Have all staff completed the H&S Level One training

  • Are there signed copies of the relevant H&S Training Documents in each staff members personnel file. The training templates are available on the intranet, under the Property Folder / H&S

  • Fire Risk Assessment Training - have the findings of the fire risk assessment been communicated to all staff via a sign off sheet

Fire risk Assessment - A new fire risk assessment must be undertaken on the handover and a copy faxed to Jessica Fax on 0845 862 2398 - template and guidance can be found within the knowledge under Tab 30
