1. Emergency Procedures

  • Are emergency response procedures documented and communicated to all effected personnel?

  • Is there sufficient lighting in the work area?

  • Are employees able to control incoming natural light and is there minimal glare?

  • Is artificial lighting causing reflections from work surfaces or shadows over the task?

  • Can normal speaking voice be heard with ease within a 1 metre distance?

  • Do personnel experience eye, nose or throat irritation within the office?

  • Waste disposal and recycling facilities adequate

6. Workstations

  • Are workstations adequately designed for the tasks being performed?

  • Are the general office workstation chairs adequate?

  • Are meeting/board room chairs and tables adequate and stable?
