  • Are all operatives wearing Gloves?

  • Do the operatives have a Scaffold step on-site?

TG20/Design

  • Is the scaffold being constructed to the TG20 Compliance sheet provided?

  • Is the scaffold being constructed to the design provided?

  • If not highlight to the operatives of your findings and explain to them what is missing from the scaffold that can be installed before completion of the scaffold.

SG4

  • Has/is the scaffold been constructed in a manner to comply with SG4:22?

  • Are the operatives using the scaff step to install the advanced guardrail?

Non-Conformance

  • Have you highlighted any non-conformances during the audit

  • Any non-conformances highlighted during the audit will need discussing with the operatives on-site on the findings and explianed where they can improve to avoid any non-non-conformaces in future audits.

Positive observations

  • Is there any positive observations highlight during the audit.

  • If positives observations have been highlighted during the audit, the positive observation will need relaying to the operatives on-site to show positive observations are also being noted and the audit isn't just about negativity.

Overall review

  • Are you satisfied with the manner in which the works are being carried out.
