  • Review the Site Start Up Packs (ensuring progress is being made)....

  • Have all Materials been Ordered for the Following Week?

  • The Correct Ordering Procedure has been Applied?

  • Quality Supervisor has Submitted all QS Reports for Review?

  • Property and QS Forms have been Collected from Site and Issued to Accounts?

  • Ensure all 'Near Miss' Submissions are located on the Server for Review at the Weekly Operations Meeting.

  • Supervisors have Reported to Accounts to Review the Installations for Valuation Purposes (This MUST be carried out Every Thursday PM)!

  • All Employees Qualifications and Accreditations are In-Date?

  • Confirm all Daily Diaries have been Submitted?

  • All Small Works have been addressed from the 'Job Board'.

  • Adequate Cover for the Electrical Call Outs has been arranged for the Weekend?

  • Vehicle Check Reports have Been Completed
