    NB A separate Performance Catch Up is just help for management / and any supervisors with objectives
    2) Potential Catch Up for those who want to progress to a bigger or more complex role

  • Can they explain the process if a team member wants to progress to a bigger or more complex role?

  • Hold a Potential Catch Up:
    • Do they hit the 5 sense check questions?
    • NB – One of the sense check questions is: 4. Does the team member develop themselves as a person working on the behaviours they might need for a future role? If the team member has not completed their learning for their current role the answer to this question is no and they need to complete this first before you hold another potential catch up with them
    • If no – personal workout plan for the sense question they need to work on
    • If yes - review Learning Mindset and Personal Resilience. Add these scores along with MAB code examples into the Potential Gauge
    • If they smash gauge (very few dev areas) commence learning for next role
    • If lots of dev needs, agree and work on personal workout plan
