Service Standard

  • Bell Desk to provide luggage and welcome assistance

  • Entertainment department to send in if possible one team member

  • Agents if STAR class guests are arriving

  • Lobby Bar to send an appropriate amount of bar waiters with Champagne and PH drink ready

  • One Photographer

  • Any available staff that are in the lobby at the time of the arrival and not occupied (ie housekeepers, bar etc)

Operating Sequence

  • Guests then are greeted by the Bellman.

  • Guest are welcomed and given a cold towel as a refresher. Then they are shown towards the red carpet area.

  • At the entry point waiter/s pass on the drinks and welcome the guest, along with the rest of the team that is now greeting/ cheering/ applause.

  • Then the guests will be invited to take a picture to celebrate their arrival at Planet Hollywood.

  • After the picture the guests are either directed to the Front Desk or Star Class lounge to their check in points.

  • The STAR class guests are escorted by their agents and depending on their VIP status also by the management assigned to welcome these arrivals.
