Use the Guidance Areas to assist in your inspection. In the boxes on the following page, comment on any observations identified during the inspection, and use the Number and Letter format from the image to relate the observation to the Guidance Area (if applicable).

Attach images where possible, create actions if required, and include the Number and Letter format from the Guidance Areas on the previous page as reference where applicable (eg. If there is an observation around a Hot Works Area, use H1 in the observation box)
