Is the street clear from flood waters, if no, do not proceed further. Take Photo of area and advise Supervisor by phone. Save Inspection as incomplete and move to next property.
Is the Front Yard Safe. ie no tree about to fall over, no debris risk present, fence upright? Make notes in the notes section as to what is required to be done.
Check before entering back yard that no pets present. Call out, make loud noises.
Is the Rear Yard Safe. ie no tree about to fall over, no debris risk present, fence upright? Make notes in the notes section as to what is required to be done.
Take Photos of any other damaged areas
