Property Inspection Details

Review to be conducted based on standing and looking at the front of the property. All descriptions then need to reflect RHS, Rear, LHS and Front.

  • Is the front yard safe? (ie no trees about to fall over, no debris risk present, fence upright). Make notes in the notes section as to what is damaged/required to be done. *ensure photos capture an overview and details of damage*

  • Take photos of Front fence in front yard (based on standing with your back to the road)

  • Visually inspect the roof sheets for any loose items or distortion which may indicate roof damage
